New Years Resolution

Ok ok...I am back in Texas and I am without internet so this will be my only post til I get back to New York. My new years resolution last year was to not procrastinate so much. I was actually very successful with it, did my work early and had great results. For the 2010 year my resolution is to not be so self conscious with myself and my work. Also, to make a kick-ass portfolio. Can you say pop up book? :) OH INTERNET I MISS U!!! :(

Quick Note...Dog Day Afternoon

Is the greatest movie and is what I am going to do for my motion graphics project which is a title sequence. It is also my FAVORITE MOVIE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!! I just had to make a quick note of that. IM SO EXCITED and my teacher is excited as well!!! It also amuses me how people are surprised that I like these kind of movies.

Communication Design Project- Concept Development

A 2 part project done for my graphic communication class. First part was to create 2 symbols based on one of the five senses. The second part was to choose a subject from the list of subjects provided and create 3 posters or a narrative that goes with the subject. We have to incorporate the two symbols in with the posters. My subject is materialism and the symbols that I created was nose. The idea is the new modern family and it has different information about how materlism effects lives. I love the color pallette; it is retro combined with very high tech items.

Motion Graphics Title Sequence

I'm using these inspirations for my next motion graphics project which is to create a title sequence for any movie. It does'nt have to be a known movie, so I'm going to do one for my upcoming film. Chica Chica YEAH!!!!
