Goals for this school year

1.Have more confidence in my work
2. Drop another pants size...luckily I'll be away from southern home cooking...we throw it down in the south...Goodbye BBQ.Goodbye Gumbo, Jambalaya, Boudain...i will miss you *cries*..I CAN DO IT IF I PUT MY MIND TO IT!
3. GET A JOB!!!...cause i need money!
4. Promote my products at open markets,and try to find boutiques to sell in... its already in the works, since I was just contacted by 2 shops in Brooklyn :)
5. Get an internship at a Kick Ass company like this



6. find my nitch in graphic design....hopefully i'll like motion graphics
7. Make a kick ass film...i mean i got an opportunity to work with a famous director...i need to finally show what i am about...stop being all shy...that's why my film will will reflect what i do on paper.
8. Find a apartment because living in the dorms sucks ass.
9. explore nyc more...because its NYC
10. become more efficient with using a camera....its coming along...

Jill Scott you're my shero

BUMMER...

So, I pretty much had to rebuild my blog losing some of my post, links, followers, etc. Apparently, when the site where I host my domain were in process of transferring my BlogSpot name to a custom domain, something messed with the coding, which as you can tell screwed everything up. So, pretty much I had to move all my links, pics, images, etc and work them in with this layout. From this experience, I learned to save templates, so I won't have to go into trouble with recoding everything.




On a lighter note, new illustrations...YAY!

GAH! I cant figure it out

Something about this illustration that keeps me drawn in. Maybe the colors? I have always found that combination of yellow, black, and white to be hypnotizing.



I don't have a title for it yet. I really don't know what to call it.

A design I did for a competition. The first image is a logo and the second is a design for a coffee table book. Im still trying to figure out what a coffee table book is. The only problem I have with the logo is the Kill Marry F*c@ part, how each word is not lined up with the initials completely; its mainly a spacing issue which can be done when it comes time for fine tuning. Other then that, its all good.
